We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to take over our outbound prospecting, sales pipeline and Business development process. It will include outbound prospecting, calling prospected leads, cold calling and pipeline creation. This role will provide the opportunity for long-term growth in the technology industry. If you are someone with technology sales experience, who is an active listener, has a great sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads then look no further, see if you would be a great fit for our team!


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Experience in technology sales, marketing or related field
  • A “can-do” attitude that sees obstacles as challenges to be overcome rather than blockages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be organized, able to work independently, have a positive attitude, and exceptional listening skills
  • Love of technology and preferably a desire to build a career in technology sales
  • An understanding of the difference of selling services vs products
  • High levels of personal energy, passion and drive
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient with CRM solutions, LinkedIn Navigator, Zoom and Gmail
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
  • Excited to work in an flexible entrepreneurial environment


  • Connect and engage with prospects through cold call, email and social media
  • Call warm leads and set meetings
  • Expand sales with current customers
  • Manage leads from current lead generation initiatives
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives with marketing team
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Find and develop new markets and improve sales
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients
  • Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Develop reporting dashboards to show status of opportunities, prospects and sales outlook
